Maucho's Mr. Blue Eyes (Spud) is a blue-papered Missouri Fox Trotting horse, registered with the Missouri Fox Trotting Horse Breed Association (MFTHBA). 

As of November 2, 2009, Spud the Stud changed careers.  With the current situation in the horse market, we opted to geld him and get out of the breeding business.  So, Spud is now is retraining to become a trail and possibly gaming horse.

Spud's many offspring, including my own trail horse, Doc have proven to be typically smooth-gaited Foxtrotters with mild dispositions. We have several of them on the farm.
